The same knives we use in the shop for general carving tasks. Handled with curly maple from instrument wood off cuts and decorated with an engraved copper bolster and glass bead in the pommel.
The blade is Lauri-made 80crv2. A high carbon steel that is tough and holds a keen edge. Excellent for working dry or green wood.
